Clarks property development also focus on the management of their own commercial assets offering small businesses commercial space. We deliver value through a combination of rigorous analysis, hands on management and innovative design. Our areas of operation exist in Kent and South East London.

We specialise in residential and commercial developments. In the residential market our focus is to develop high quality homes at affordable prices. In the commercial sector our belief is simple if we bring more high quality commercial space to the local community we will in effect create more jobs and money to the area.
