We are always on the lookout for more investment opportunities and we do pay good commissions and we would always consider joint ventures if the opportunity was right.
Construction
Clarks property developments limited outsource all of its construction obligations to specialist contractors due to the size, mixture and complexity of our schemes.
Clarks property developments will only use local contractors to the scheme thus benefiting the local economy.
